Students from First Baptist Church of Broken arrow came together to help clean up the historic Wesley Chapel.
Wesley Chapel burned down during the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. After the race massacre, people of Tulsa gathered to rebuilt the church. This time they're helping get the church ready for the centennial of that tragic day.
The students helped paint, clean the exterior, clean up the playground, and prepared the church for further renovations.
