Shevetta Lee is a member of the Divine Love Christian Fellowship Church, she tells us "many households rely on meals that are provided through the week by the school districts to feed their children, so we want to step up and Bridge the Gap in efforts to address the food insecurity while following social distancing procedures for the safety of the community."
Several members, along with Pastor Michael Webber sr., were at five different apartment complexes today and handed out almost six hundred sack lunches.
Pastor Ricky Hunt from Dominion and Glory Church as well as Mayoral Candidate Dr. Marlin Coleman were among the members as well.
