The Grand River Dam Authority Police Department announced Monday that the Wolf Creek arm and boat ramp will be closed to accommodate a boat race starting Friday.
The arm and boat ramp will be closed from Friday to Sunday for the sixth annual Thunder on Wolf Creek, which is held by the Oklahoma Boat Racing Association.
The arm and boat ramp will also be closed for for the Southern Drag Boat Association Wolf Creek Nationals Saturday, July 7 and Sunday, July 8, the GRDA said.
The GRDA said homeowners will be allowed to access their private docks with proof of residency during both events.
