Grass fire closes roads, threatens home Sunday

ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - A grass fire has spread in Rogers County amid high winds and high fire danger Sunday afternoon.

Fire officials reported Sunday that the fire spread north past East 380 Road east of U.S. 169. At least one home is being threatened by the fire.

East 380 Road has been closed due to the fire. All drivers are asked to stay off of East 380 Road and East 390 Road until further notice.

Firefighters from Vera, Verdigris and Collinsville are all on scene helping fight the fire.
