Governor Kevin Stitt issued an executive order that will give first responders who work for state agencies guaranteed paid time off if they come down with COVID-19.
The order also encourages the licensing board to allow students and recent graduates who are not yet fully licensed to practice.
It also allows closed health care facilities to reopen, removing some regulations that would create a lag in treating patients.
