Gov. Mary Fallin announces Republican budget agreement

OKLAHOMA CITY--Gov. Mary Fallin spoke at a news conference Monday morning to address the state's budget crisis.

Fallin announced a Republican budget agreement to fill a $215 million budget hole, which includes a $1.50 cigarette tax increase, a $.06 per gallon fuel tax increase, alcohol tax increase, and it will give teachers a $3,000 pay raise, and a $1,000 pay raise for state employees.
