Glossip's attorneys file petition

Posted

OKLAHOMA CITY - Just moments after Gov. Mary Fallin issued a statement regarding a request to delay execution for Richard Glossip, his attorneys filed a petition for court review.

In their statement, Glossip's attorneys said "The person who killed the victim in this case is serving time in an easy prison in Oklahoma after giving prosecutors the story they wanted. The Governor and Mr. Prator like that. We don't. Sneed lied, and Richard Glossip is his second victim.  In America, we test witnesses and evidence in court. We need a hearing to do so. We hope the courts care."
