TULSA, Okla. — Tamales, hot chocolate, rosca de reyes, children activities and more you will find at the second annual "Dia de Reyes" at Tulsa's Gilcrease Museum.
Due to the event's popularity last year with 2,000 people, they are extending their hours this upcoming weekend for the celebration.
Dia de Reyes will celebrate the Latin American tradition to honor the Three Wise Men who visited Jesus Christ. Every year, the holiday is celebrated on January 6, which is a Christian festivity known as Epiphany.
On January 4, the Gilcrease Museum will have a kings procession along with other family activities and live entertainment.
The event is free of charge. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
