Gathering Place partners with Catholic Charities to distribute food boxes to families

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa's Gathering Place is partnering with the Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma the month of June to help families in need.

The efforts are funded through the USDA "Farmers to Families Food Box Program."

Gathering Place will serve as a distribution site every Saturday in June from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The food boxes, which include fresh produce and dairy products, will be available at the Sports Courts by car drive-through.

Volunteers will put the groceries in your car. They ask you to allow for social distancing.
