TULSA, Okla. — Through the voices of children, the Gathering Place is encouraging everyone to consider one big question about this world moving so fast: What kind of world will this be?
In an effort to inspire kids to seek a world of hope during these challenging times, the park released its new music video, “What Kind of World”.
In September 2019, Gathering Place teamed up with park ambassador, Ariana Reagor, the Metropolitan Baptist Choir, and Retrospec Films to produce the music video, according to park officials.
"Kids are trying themselves to deal with and understand what's happening with their world today," Tony Moore, executive director at the Gathering Place.
Moore made it clear that now, when there is so much unrest in this nation, seemed the perfect time to release the music video.
The video joins the voices of children of all races with adults who sing about how life can be rough, even unsure at times while urging us all to think about the future.
"If you're an adult, if you're a guardian, a parent, we all have a responsibility in what actions we take now to impact the future of the world tomorrow," Moore said. "Take me to a place where people gather as one. A place of hope... a place of love."
