TULSA -- The owners of Fulton Plaza are working to restore water at another one of their properties, Magnolia Manor.
Magnolia Manor has been without water since 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. City officials said there was a line break at the apartments, which wasn't on the city side.
Owners have 24 hours to restore water as 9 a.m. Thursday morning, or they will be cited.
HUD revoked the landlord's Section 8 approval at Fulton Plaza on Wednesday.
