UPDATE -  A fourth suspect has been arrested and booked in two connected heroin busts made by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics on Thursday morning in Tulsa.

Wesley Smith, 27, was arrested at his home by the OBN in the 7000 block of S. Joplin Ave. and three others were arrested at a different residence in cases that are related, OBN agents say.

Investigators say Jessica Tarter (right), Michael Darling (right) and Martina Lopez-Mojica were arrested on charges relating to the heroin busts.

Authorities say Smith was purchasing his drugs from the other three arrested and he was selling them to undercover agents with the OBN. When Smith's name came up in connection with the earlier three arrested, OBN agents went to Smith's house and arrested him.

An undercover agent began purchasing heroin from Mojica in July.

Upon further investigation, agents discovered that Mojica had been arrested in Ohio for aggravated trafficking of narcotics and was deported.

Mojica was arrested and taken into custody Thursday. After searching the home Mojica was found in, authorities discovered 2.7 pounds of heroin and more than $25,000 in cash.

At Smith's house, agents say they recovered 20 grams of heroin and a firearm. Smith was arrested on charges of trafficking heroin and possessing a firearm in commission of a felony.
