A district judge ruled not to disqualify Rogers County District Attorney’s office in the case of the four bixby football players’ alleged sexual assault.
Colten Cable, Joe Wood, William Thomas, and Samuel Lakin are accused of sexual assault on a teammate at the home of former Bixby Superintendent Dr. Kyle Wood.
Attorneys for the four are calling the charge an act of "Rough-housing."
