Former Wagoner County Sheriff Bob Colbert and former Captain Jeff Gragg were both bound over for trial on counts of conspiracy and receiving a bribe.
The charges stemmed from a traffic stop in which the attorney general's office said Gragg and Colbert released a suspected drug dealer in exchange for $10,000.
A grand jury indicted the pair on three felony counts over, but a count of extortion was dropped.
