WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. – A former Wagoner County Sheriff’s captain, who was indicted along with suspended Sheriff Bob Colbert, has reportedly reached an agreement with the attorney general’s office this week.

Jeff Gragg will have two felony charges dismissed - and he will plead "no contest" to a misdemeanor charge of willful neglect of duty. The attorney general's office says Gragg will now testify against suspended Sheriff Colbert.

Gragg’s attorney says he's only agreed to become a witness for the state and his testimony wouldn't be any different than what he told the grand jury.

Colbert’s attorneys also say they don't believe Gragg will change his testimony.
