A former Uber driver in Tulsa who was accused of raping a woman he picked up in 2017 was found not guilty Thursday.
Investigators said David Knight, who is in his 60's, picked up a woman who had been drinking at a restaurant on Cherry Street. Officials said she passed out in the vehicle during the ride.
Police said he drove the woman to his home, where he had been accused of sexually assaulting her.
Investigators said when the woman woke up at Knight's home the next day, she called police.
Uber fired Knight after the allegations were made.
