TULSA – The young father and former University of Tulsa student accused of shaking his 6 week old child to death entered his plea this week.

According to court documents, Sebastian Aguirre, 22, entered a “not guilty” plea to child abuse murder in his son’s death reportedly caused by traumatic brain injury.

Doctors reportedly said the baby’s eyes rolled back into its held after receiving so much hemorrhaging on its retinas that the medical professions lost count.

An affidavit claims that Aguirre admitted to shaking the baby because it would not stop crying. Detectives reported that the child’s mother was in class when the incident occurred.

Aguirre’s trial date is schedule for March of 2017.
