A former MMA fighter is being officially charged in the murder of two people, whose bodies were found in a shallow grave in Oklahoma.
Cedric Marks was indicted in Texas on capitol murder charges Wednesday.
Marks and his girlfriend Maya Maxwell are both accused of killing Michael Swearingin and Jenna Scott back in January.
Officals say they were killed in Texas before their bodies were later discovered in rural Okfuskee County.
New autopsy reports show Swearingin was likely strangled.
