TULSA – The former Tulsa police officer charged with fatally shooting a teenager is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
Shannon Kepler pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and two counts of shooting with the intent to kill in the 2014 death of Jeremey Lake, 19.
