TAHLEQUAH, Okla. - The Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission canceled its previously issued flood warning along the Illinois River.
The commission says they do not expect water level to rise above 10 feet, or bank full conditions.
Originally a warning was issued in anticipation of potential flooding but since then the forecast altered, it is now showing the heavy storms shifting just about two or three counties east of the predicted tract from Wednesday, says the Okla. Scenic Rivers Commission.
