Five Union High School seniors were announced as National Merit finalists Tuesday.
The finalists include, Tiffany Guo, Annslee Hiatt, Keegan Knouse, Anna McMullen and Zachary Xu.
These students now have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,600 National Merit scholarships worth about $33 million that will be offered this spring.
