A potentially scary situation after a Facebook post of a possible planned shooting right here in Green Country.

The post has garnered a lot of attention.

The Osage County Sheriff's Office Says every threat is investigated and taken seriously.

This one, law enforcement says from a young man with plans to attend a concert.

It says "Getting ready for a concert my way."

A flyer from the Osage Casino Outdoor Free Concert Series was also posted, which indicated that it was likely going to happen there.

An individual, who saw the post and shared it to a different Facebook page, claimed they knew the individual who posted the threat but didn't want to reveal their identity for fear of retaliation.

Osage County Sheriff Eddie Virden says the concert is set to be on tribal land and the Osage Nation Police have already taken precautions.

"What they did was issue him what they refer to is a trespass warning, which basically would mean that this individual is not allowed on any Osage tribal land," Virden said. "So, if he did try to show up at one of their events they wouldn't give him admission."

Sheriff Virden says one of his investigators, the Osage Nation Police and the FBI went to the young man's house and interviewed him.

At this time, they do not find it a credible threat.

The sheriff says the FBI plans to turn the case over to the U.S. Attorney General's Office.
