CLAREMORE - Police are investigating after a father shoots his son multiple times, Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews say they responded to the shooting at a home along East 470 Road just after 2:30 p.m. They say a 71-year-old father shot his adult son three times, injuring him in the chest, hand and leg.
Officials say the victim then drove himself to Oologah and was transported to a hospital. He is now in serious condition.
Claremore police say this family has a history of domestic disputes.
