Three killed in Highway 66 wreck near Bristow

CREEK COUNTY, Okla. -- Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials say three people are dead after a collision near State Highway 66 and 337th West Ave, just south of Bristow.

The head-on crash was reported just before 7:30 a.m.

Investigators say a couple in a car and a woman in a pickup were killed in the head-on collision.

The man in the vehicle was identified as Donald Fisher, 90, of Broken Arrow, and the passenger was identified as Mary Fisher, 78, of Broken Arrow.

The woman inside the pickup was identified as Brandi Shoemake, 29, of Stroud. 

The cause of the crash is under investigation. All lanes are back open in the area after being closed for nearly three hours.
