Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the area of 337th & State Highway 16 in Bristow for reports of an autoped.
Bristow PD requested the assistance of OHP upon arriving on scene.
According to the report the victim was clipped by a vehicle and was laying in the middle of the roadway.
The suspect vehicle left the scene and a passerby called 9-1-1.
According to the witness a second vehicle struck the victim killing them.
The victim has been identified as Joe Crawford, a 58-year-old male from Bristow.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Creek County EMS.
The second vehicle stayed on scene, police are still currently investigating.
