A fatality collision occurred at 2:08 p.m. this afternoon 2 miles west of Locust Grove, in Mayes County.
The driver of an ATV was pronounced dead on scene by MESTA EMS due to their injuries.
The driver was on a gravel road when they departed for an unknown reason and struck a barbed wire fence.
This cause the ATV to flip over onto the driver.
