A farmer wants answers after he says someone killed two of his cows and left a third barely breathing in a drive-by-shooting, according to KFOR in Oklahoma City.

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office says the shooter pulled up to Roger Pitts' barbed wire fence and started firing.

"Having to drag those dead animals away, and I just sat on my tractor and I literally cried, because this was senseless," Pitts said. "It takes somebody with a cold heart to do something like that."

The gunman took out a third of Pitts' livestock.

Now, he's out about $5,000 and his calf is without a mom.

Investigators say they have surveillance video and are following leads.

The family is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
