State officials say a plan to help the ongoing problem of long lines at Oklahoma Driver's License Offices is working.
We told you back in December, DPS added extended hours at two local offices.
They now tell us, since then, about 5,500 people have been helped.
The location in Tulsa's Eastgate Metroplex is open on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. until 6:45 p.m.
The downtown Broken Arrow office stays open until 6:45 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays.
