An indictment says Ross, of Van Buren, Ark., stole the money sometime between September 1, 2014 to September 25, 2014 while she was an employee at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Casino gift shop.

According to the U.S. Attorney's office, Choctaw Nation tribal police and the FBI investigated the case, which was heard by a federal judge in Muskogee.
