TULSA — Guthrie Green's new restaurant, EnjoyaBowl, opens today.
Officials say Sean Savage, EnjoyaBowls' Culinary Director, will be offering a "diverse, delicious, and unique menu" for Tulsa.
“We crafted the dishes from scratch. Our culinary team invested countless hours developing new recipes, and some twists on old favorites. We asked ourselves, ‘What’s something new Tulsa’s palette hasn’t experienced yet?’ and we started from there,” says Savage.
Items on the menu range from Crispy Wonton Nachos with homepade peanut queso, Egg Drop Soup, Beef and Broccoli with Soba Noodles, cold draft beers, and smoothie bowls, officials say.
Officials say that vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.
EnjoyaBowl, located on the Dock area on the north side of Guthrie Green, will be open Monday - Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
