Officials with EMSA say they have seen an increase of slip and fall calls this morning and encourage people to be "extra cautious".
Officials say they have responded to one motor vehicle accident and one cold exposure call, which is normal during winter weather.
EMSA says they have responded to 8 slip and fall incidents with four people transported to local hospitals since midnight.
"We encourage people to be extra cautious moving outside today, as they may not be prepared for the slick surfaces," says EMSA.
