PAWNEE COUNTY, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is seeking help after emaciated dogs were found in Pawnee County on Monday.
The eight dogs were seized during an animal cruelty investigation.
The dogs were extremely emaciated and in need of medical care.
