TULSA – Police officers arrested a man accused of having inappropriate contact with a child under the age of 16.
According to Tulsa police, Michael Goins, 72, was taken into custody on complaint of lewd acts or proposals with a child under 16.
Police report that Goins had at least one inappropriate encounter with the 6-year-old girl and possibly more. The child is said to be a neighbor of Goins.
Currently Goins is being held on a bond of $50,000.
