CREEK COUNTY, Okla. – An elderly man was arrested after being accused of raping a young boy this week, say Mannford police.
The victim’s mother informed Mannford police that her son was reportedly raped after going missing for around 40 minutes.
According to the Creek County Sheriff's Office, the mother was about to report the son missing when he texted her daughter saying “Help me.”
Not long after the text was sent, the victim returned home and told his family that he was held at knife point in a man’s bedroom and raped.
The victim informed police that the suspect was in his late 40s and 50s, had a mustache or scruffy beard and had letters tattooed on his fingers.
Creek County Sheriff's Office arrested Herman Flick in connection to the reported rape. Flick is currently being held at the Creek County Jail on complaint of first degree rape as well as kidnapping.
