Tulsa firefighters responded to Sugarberry Apartments near 61st & South Garnett Road around 4:15am Tuesday.
When crews arrived, they saw flames coming from the roof of one of the buildings. The roof collapsed as firefighters were battling the fire.
Investigators learned a three-year-old playing with a lighter in a bedroom started the fire, which quickly spread to another apartment.
There is extensive damage to several units in the building, including two apartments that have water damage from the fire response.
At least a dozen residents were forced to evacuate.
Everyone made it out safely and there are no injuries.
