Keystone Firefighters responded to Keystone Lake around 10:15 p.m. Saturday night for reports of a drowning incident.
The drowning victim was recovered just after midnight in 6 feet of water.
Carl J. Harris III, a 20-year-old male, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the report, Harris was swimming across the cove and went under water. He never resurfaced and was 190 feet from the shore.
