TULSA, Okla. — It is lights-out for certain sections of the Broken Arrow Expressway.
Drivers are commuting in the dark at different areas. Cindy Light is one of them. She noticed multiple lights not turned on, located before the Sheridan Road exit.
"I think it's been a couple years that I’ve been on this commute, and they've always been dark," Light said.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is responsible for installing lights. The city takes care of maintenance. A spokesperson for Tulsa says they are not aware of any outages but ask residents to report issues through the 311 system.
