Police say a man was shot multiple times in the chest while driving in north Tulsa Sunday night.
Officers responded to the intersection of Mohawk Boulevard and North Hartford Avenue around 8 p.m.
They say a white car pulled up to an SUV and fired multiple shots. The SUV was still in drive and the driver crashed into a yard near East 27th Place North.
The driver was rushed to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
Police say they found about 20 shell casings at the intersection. The motive for the shooting is unknown.
Officers say they do not have any suspect information. They are searching for the white car.
Police say they are not sure if this shooting is connected to another shooting Sunday that left six people injured, one of them in critical condition.
