TULSA COUNTY, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash Tuesday morning.
According to OHP, the vehicle was heading northbound on Peoria near 211th Street South when it departed the road and struck a fence and a power pole.
The driver, 37-year-old Adam Johnson, died at the scene. A passenger inside the vehicle at the time of the crash, 31-year-old Tracy Frescatore, was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, according to OHP.
