TULSA – Police were called to a crash scene near midtown Thursday after a driver suffering from medical issues crashed.
Authorities say a driver suffering from low blood sugar issues ran a red light near 31st and Peoria then crashed into the front of Weber’s Superior Root Beer Restaurant at 38th and Peoria and continued down the road.
Officers were able to catch up with the driver after another wreck occurred near 55th and Peoria. The third wreck involved two other vehicles.
Police say they do not expect to file any charges against the driver.
