TULSA -- Police are investigating after a chase that started at a Midtown Tulsa apartment complex Thursday morning.

Tulsa officers said they responded to a complex near 51st and Sheridan in response to a suspicious vehicle.

Police said a SUV drove in front of a home several times and yelled threats out of the window. Officers said no one in the car had ID's. The driver did have felony warrants out of two counties. When police walked back to the vehicle it sped off.

Officers said the chase lasted about ten minutes and that's when they deployed tire deflation devices. The chase ended when the driver lost control near 26th and Memorial.

The driver fled on foot and a K-9 tracked him to a backyard. The driver, Johnathan Ryan Callahan, was transported to the hospital to be checked out and was later booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
