TULSA -- A man is dead after being hit by a car in midtown, according to police.
Officers responded to 51st and Delaware just after midnight and found a pedestrian who had been hit by a car.
Police said the driver remained on scene. They said she appeared intoxicated, so they gave her a field sobrierty test. Police took her into custody, then to the hospital for a blood test. The driver is currently released pending the results of that test.
Officers said they are unable to identify the victim at this time since he did not have any identification on him.
