A Tulsa business tells us it is fed up with how long some downtown construction projects are taking.
One owner says the orange cones at Fifth and Boulder are costing his restaurant about 15 percent month-to-month compared to last year.
He says it was supposed to be finished before summer. But now it's nearly November, and the crews are still there.
We reached out to the city for answers.
It says there have been several hold ups in the area, including water line repairs, pedestrian lights and testing the water to make sure it is safe to drink.
The city says now that the project is back on track, it should be finished by the middle of next month.
