TULSA, Okla. — After more than 48 hours of searching, the Embry family pup has been found.

Trico jumped a six foot fence on Tuesday after his mom took him to a local vet hospital to be watched.

The Embry family, Facebook friends and strangers searched for Trico all day and night on Wednesday.

He was clipped by a car, dislocating his left leg.

Someone spotted him this morning and called his mother, Laura Embry.

Now, Trico is reunited with his family once again.

“I immediately got my shoes on, and I ran out there," Laura said. "The man stayed on the line with me. On the phone with him, he said that he was okay and that he knew where he was.”

Laura was very emotional, but happy to be reunited.

“I didn’t even know if I could cry at the moment. I was just excited, and out of breathe," Laura said. "My heart was racing, and I was trying to carry him quickly to my car.”

Laura and her husband, Sam, are so grateful to be reunited with their dog, Trico.

They would like to thank everyone who shared the story, and helped bring him home.
