The second three minute tone is for a nuclear attack.

As you can hear it’s a wavering tone similar to waiving sound made by police and fire vehicles.

The third is unique to the area warning about flooding.

It’s a three-minute high low tone similar to those used in ambulances and police vehicles in the U.S.
