Teen arrested and charged after attempted burglary in Wagoner County

WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. -- Deputies have arrested an 18 year old Broken Arrow resident who they said broke into a county official's home.

The burglary happened at about 10 a.m. in the 29600 block of East 91st Street.

Officials said the burglar was 18 years old. He was identified as Andrew Harbour.

Deputies said the official's wife was home during the burglary, and when the burglar heard her, he ran south into a wooded area.

Harbour was arrested on a count of second-degree burglary.
