According to the Rogers County Sheriff's Office, an Oolagah-Talala student was arrested Aug. 19 for making a violent threat on social media.
Deputies say the 14-years-old student who made the threat has been arrested and taken to a juvenile facility.
A press release from Ooologah-Talala Public Schools says school was not in session when the threat was made.
The Rogers County Sheriff's Office says they encourage others to come forward should they see something that concerns them, as it may prevent a potentially dangerous situation from getting worse.
