TULSA, Okla. — With the November 3 election fast approaching, the request for absentee ballots continue to file in.
The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
Officials with the Oklahoma State Election Board said the easiest and quickest way to request an absentee ballot is online. CLICK HERE to request an absentee ballot online.
Voters can also download a request form and email, fax or hand-deliver it to their county's election board.

Officials said absentee ballot request forms must be turned in no later than 5 p.m. on Oct. 27th. If a person is incapacitated at 5 p.m. on Oct. 27th, then they can request an "emergency incapacitated" absentee ballot. CLICK HERE to request an emergency incapacitated absentee ballot. "Physically incapacitated" absentee ballots are only allowed to be returned through mail or private delivery service.
Officials said there are several ways to return an absentee ballot:
Below delivery services MUST be received no later than 7 p.m. on election night
- by U.S. postal service
- private delivery service that provides delivery documentation
Below delivery services MUST be received no later than the end of business on Monday, November 2nd
- hand-deliver to voter's County Election Board
