TULSA — A man accused in a deadly drive-by shooting is expected to stand trial today.
Police say Sir Michael Morgan opened fire on a car outside a midtown apartment complex last February, killing Frankie Foster.

Morgan is charged with first degree murder and is being held in the Tulsa county jail.
