The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly collision involving a motorcycle in west Tulsa Saturday.
Troopers say a motorcycle rode westbound near the Union Avenue exit, when the female rider lost control and became separated from the motorcycle.
Troopers say an unknown vehicle hit the victim, who was declared dead at the scene.
OHP closed the westbound lanes of I-44 near Union for approximately three and a half hours following the crash.
